Art Of Music

The Saturday night fund raiser for Nordoff Robbins music therapy was a huge success. (Art Of Music: artofmusic.com.au)

The star-studded event netted $215,000 for the children.

Peter Garret very kindly came to support the cause along with Sheila E who is my idol and also a very cool, hot, sweet woman. (Went to her drum clinic a few days later, which reaffirmed to me her status as one of the best percussion players ever! Its no wonder she’s Prince’s partner in funk.)

The artists works were simply amazing and of an incredibly high standard – that’s why they all sold!

I thank everyone who helped out on this and am very, very grateful. It makes me feel good – in amongst all the global negativity that surrounds us – that here, in a tiny part of the world, there are a whole lot of good people getting together for kids and adults in need.
